After being an Architect for 7 years, Amina Farhat (34) decided to restart her career in technology back in 2017 when she joined the Data & AI team of Accenture. After that, she moved to the Tech FS team, where she could focus on her delivery lead role in the financial services industry. Building on her experience, she is now Team Leader of the Tech FS team. “In addition to my client role, I am also involved in the Accenture community by being the people lead of many colleagues, mentor of young ladies, part of the sales FS Data team and supporting in recruiting our next new talents!”
Julie Masri (32) has been with Accenture since May 2021, as an Associate Manager in the Financial Services department. She is still quite new to the company, but already knows about the cliché: “Before I joined I was told there is a lot of competition between the people here. But I haven’t felt any of that. On the contrary, I have the support from everybody around me.”
Charles de Froidmont started at Accenture four years ago and is now the Open Banking Lead and the Financial Service lead on API management. This travel lover lived and studied in Ireland, London and Frankfurt. After working on a project at the European Central Bank, the concept of open banking got his interest. “I started looking around for somewhere to expand on the knowledge and experience I already had. Accenture was clearly the most advanced in that field.”
Ann-Charlotte (29) has a big love for international life, she likes traveling (sometimes by bike) where she can discover new places & cultures and connect with the people she meets along the way. After graduating from high school, she spent a semester in the Netherlands to improve her Dutch skills and then moved to Ghana to support a local Children’s home. During her studies at ICHEC she took part to a Housing Project in India and had the chance to study for a semester in Colombia and one in Thailand. She has been at Accenture for a bit more than four years now, where she can really put her international experience and love for people to good use.
Matthieu Gaeremynck has done it all: from service management over to consulting and finally into sales. He started at Accenture as Solution Architect and is now Senior Account Executive. “I guess I collected knowledge as stamps in a passport during the multiple years and roles. That brings the advantage that I have experience in all those levels and understand what the work really entails.”
Stéphanie Fischer (28) only joined Accenture a year ago, and she made it to be Associate Manager in the Financial Services Sales team. “Since I started in this new role, I haven’t been bored for one single day. And that’s a big deal for someone who likes to get a kick out of many things at the same time.”
