Bram Van Loock (25) got a great New Year’s gift back in 2019. He joined Accenture as a Talent & Organization Strategist. An opportunity he could only dream of. At least, that's what he thought. Didn’t you need a master degree to join this ‘best of the best company’? Apparently not. He got hired thanks to his growth mindset and his entrepreneurial attitude.

Elisabeth Aylin Mitropapas (27) joined Accenture in September 2021 as an Application Management Services (AMS) team lead. “I’m not afraid to share my opinion. But I always appreciate receiving constructive feedback from my colleagues and finding the best possible solution for our clients together.”

Joke Van Steenbergen (29) is a true ‘Accenture baby’ having joined the company in 2015 directly after finishing her studies. “The majority of my time with Accenture I spent abroad. Now that I have moved to Supply Chain & Operations within Strategy & Consulting, I can finally work for local clients, although travel however remains part of the job. As a working mom, time is always a challenge, but it has made me more efficient at work.”

Hichem Hamou (29), joined Accenture five years ago and is currently an Enterprise Agility & Complex Delivery manager within Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A). In his free time, he likes gardening and walking. “Every morning I take some fresh air. I go out for a walk and already think about the next steps I’ll be taking during the day. I like being prepared for whatever’s coming.”

Joris Callaert (27), joined Accenture in 2018 as a Business and Integration Architecture Analyst and has since been promoted to Specialist. “I’m a bit of an entrepreneur and I like bringing people together. That’s also what I do at Accenture. Besides working with stakeholders on projects, I drive internal initiatives, such as the Accenture Podium, a platform for people to share personal and professional stories with colleagues.”

Lisa Bellaert (27), a consultant focused on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), joined the Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) team in October 2021 after working for three years at another consulting firm and completing a Postgraduate in Corporate Finance.

Lyes Ould Hamouda (34) is a senior manager in the Accenture Supply Chain & Operations team. After meeting his wife in France, they moved to Belgium and have been living in Antwerp for the past five years. “The multicultural aspect of the city is great! As a foreigner, I really feel included. Despite being a French-speaker, I chose Antwerp rather than Brussels so that I could immerse myself in Flemish culture. This takes me out of my comfort zone.”

Sven (29) stepped into the world of Accenture after an inspiring Master Class experience in 2016. This proud “Limburger”, with degrees in Applied Economics and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, has never looked back.

When Rudy (45) joined Accenture in 2021, he already had more than 21 years of experience in running large IT deliveries in complex environments. His one thought was “the best is yet to come”.
