As a Manager within the Client Account Group, you take a lead role in managing relations with Accenture’s clients within the Health and Public Services industry. As your client’s trusted partner, you will delve into origination of value propositions for your client, drive the sales process, as well as oversee the delivery of existing projects.

Your job

This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding Accenture's footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation.

More specifically he/she is:

  • Has a strong industry expertise, can discuss C-level agenda and bring industry insights & intelligence
  • Be the Strategic Trusted Partner for the client executives and top-management, developing client relationships, planning strategically the account development and communicating the account vision to client, account team and partners
  • Inspire, coach and develop the account team to increase business value
  • Drives profitable growth, by shaping, negotiating & selling deals which are balanced between Client expectations, Team capabilities and Accenture ambitions

Your team

The Accenture H&PS practice helps public sector organisations such as EU and Belgian governmental institutions to embrace innovation and transform fast, enabling them to operate smarter, achieve more and deliver improved services for citizens. H&PS is a welcoming community which performs both sales and delivery-related tasks for our business and our clients.

You will be working closely with your colleagues from the H&PS community as well as fellow proposal writers, solution architects, opportunity leads, senior management and subject-matter experts from across Accenture.

Your background

  • Masters degree
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Bi-lingual: fluent in Dutch and French. Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in the delivery of a program/project and the associated phases
  • Understand and apply public procurement requirements
  • Deep understanding of the Health and Public Services industry, in Belgium & Luxembourg, and its global trends
  • Analytical and commercial mindset and ability to shape and story-tell client value propositions
  • Quick-learner, able to think outside of the box and to reinvent him/herself
  • Experience within (Industry) Consulting is a plus
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to lead mixed teams on specific opportunities or initiatives
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
  • Proven experience in creating and leading large, complex, strategic client opportunities
