As Deal Execution Senior Manager Data in the Financial Services Market Making team, you will drive offerings and opportunities in the domain of data, including analytics and AI. This domain is one of our clients’ and Accenture’s strategic priorities, with opportunities ranging from data platforms and cloud to data monetization and new business products & services powered by data.
Actively contribute to defining our strategic priorities for Financial Services Belgium and Luxembourg, with a focus on data (including analytics and AI).
Position and promote Accenture’s offerings in the domain of data, and co-lead the development of further data offerings where relevant to the market.
Lead origination of new data related opportunities at our clients, working actively together with our Accenture account teams
Shape value propositions for our clients, including story telling
Lead and write proposals / RFPs for our clients, especially for the ‘big deals’, and take a lead role in presenting them to our clients
Drive data related opportunities until closure, with a focus on the ‘big deals’
Build new and maintain existing strategic relationships with our clients (C and C-1 levels)
You might also support ‘delivery’ projects related to data, typically short term consulting type assignments. This will allow to renew and deepen content skills and client relationships.
Actively contribute to growth initiatives that are driven by the Market Making Team. For example, the Sales Growth Initiative, with sales process and client value learning sessions open to all consultants, or the Belux Data Academy, to skill up our people in data topics
The Market Making Team for Financial Service takes a lead role in defining the strategic priorities to answer the needs of our banking, capital markets and insurance clients in Belgium and Luxembourg and ensure they are at the forefront of business value realization and innovation.
The Team also originates concrete opportunities together with the account teams and drives the business development agenda through offerings relevant to our clients, and it manages the opportunities from origination until closure. This includes a specific attention and involvement of the Team on key strategic ‘big deals’ with our clients, who are the leading Financial Services companies in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The Team is a dynamic team that is focused on bringing value to our clients, and is well connected to the broader Accenture network and capabilities, both locally and globally, that make Accenture the trusted and innovative partner for many leading Financial Services providers.
8-15 years of relevant experience
Extensive experience in the domain of data. This can be data platforms & ecosystems, data cloud, data governance, business intelligence & visualization, data monetization, business analytics and AI.
Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, in Belgium & Luxembourg, and its global trends
Commercial mindset and ability to shape and story tell client value propositions
Data delivery experience with a combined business and IT background & acumen
Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to lead mixed teams on specific opportunities or initiatives
Minimum Masters degree
