Your Job

The Human Capital Coordinator implements in-house programs fostering our inclusive work environment where everyone's unique contribution is valued and everyone is empowered to speak up & be accountable. More specifically, our Human Capital Coordinator will:

  • Partner with local teams to understand the challenges and opportunities of our talent agenda;
  • Coordinate, and in some cases administer, key talent development & employee engagement initiatives;
  • Assist in the development of new talent development & employee engagement initiatives;
  • Stay abreast of new approaches;
  • Build a strong business relationship with external vendors;
  • Monitor and share feedback with the objective to bring continuous improvement of our programs (content, tools, processes);
  • Work closely with the marketing team on communication matters.

Your background

  • You have a degree in Human Resources or Human Sciences; or equivalent job experience;
  • A first work experience is preferred;
  • You are passionate about talent development, employee engagement and inclusion & diversity;
  • You are a team player who enjoys challenges;
  • You are eager to learn;
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch;
  • You have strong oral & written communication skills;
  • You have strong organization and multi-tasking skills;
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint;
