Within Accenture Operations BeLux we are looking for an Operations Support Officer where you will closely work with project managers.

Your job
- You will be part of a team providing the necessary support for planned and unplanned maintenance work on our client's production units.
- You support the operational teams in their administrative processes, and you move between the various sites in Belgium and the neighboring countries (France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) for this purpose
- You have no problem travelling in Belgium and neighboring countries
- you are in contact with the person in charge of the maintenance department, the person in charge of the specific maintenance works, the transport department and the various warehouses of our customer.
- You participate in the core team of the department per maintenance project.
- You will participate in the preparation meetings for maintenance projects, provide support during the projects and also play an important role in the after-care.
- You will work in line with the technicians' shifts during maintenance periods.
Your background
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in the logistics world as a warehouseman, transport manager or similar positions.
- You also have several years' experience in a position where you provided administrative support to existing teams.
- You have knowledge of and experience with the logistics module of the SAP.
- you have a thorough knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- you are structured, punctual and precise with respect for internal processes and procedures
- you are a correct and clear communicator, both orally and in writing
- you are dynamic, take initiative and are proactive
- in collaborating with various internal and external parties, you are autonomous and assertive
- you know how to listen actively, you are diplomatic and you know how to find alternative solutions when the situation requires it
- you have a knowledge of Dutch, French and English at a professional level.
