As a SAP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant you will be part of innovative, challenging SAP Finance Transformation projects where you will methodically engage with the business in an interactive way, get a better understanding of their FP&A business processes and (re)design and improve them. At the different clients you will be monitoring and delivering project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the Go-Live.
You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues. You know how to process feedback, but you can also - depending on your experience - coordinate or manage a team and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP knowledge and skills, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships.

You have a solid background in SAP solutions and have developed in one or more FP&A processes and solutions.
Master’s degree from a leading university or business school or equal by experience
At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Management Accounting processes in SAP (experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus)
Hands-on experience in min. 2 of the following SAP solutions: CO-PA (Margin Analysis); CO-PC (Product Costing) and Material Ledger (ML), CO Planning (BPC, SAC…), CO-PS (Project Systems), CO-OM (Overhead cost controlling)
Min. 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience
Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
Strong organizational skills
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
Fluent in Dutch or French and English
Flexibility to commute and travel on a regular basis
