We are currently looking for a Service Manager in our Telco, Media and High-Tech (CMT) team. This position is open for our office in Brussels.
You will be a Service Manager, supporting a new digital TV platform for a high profile Belgian telco. In this integral role you will:
Act as a key interlock between Accenture and client colleagues
Drive key operational readiness activities for the new platform (op model creation, process design, incident simulations etc.)
Be responsible for managing and coordinating 6-8 operations FTEs located in multiple countries
Coordinating and supporting launch/hypercare activities, alongside clients, for the new platform (incident management, problem management etc.)
Owning and maintaining key relationships with client stakeholders
Tracking of key performance metrics such as SLAs and KPIs
Production of key client deliverables such as service management reports

You have 5+ years’ experience in project management / service management
You have some technical experience of tools/services like AWS/Splunk
You have strong relationship building skills with clients
An inquisitive mind where you are willing do jump into details and jump into the detail of issues/cases
Willingness to occasionally be on call / work outside of normal working hours (this will be compensated)
Experience with key ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, Confluence, OpsGenie and Splunk
Strong English and French language skills (written and spoken)
Ideally experience of working with / managing offshore teams
Ideally experience in the telco / digital video sectors
Ideally you will have ITIL certification or equivalent
