Within Accenture Operations BeLux we are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team.

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our client’s Social Media Channels.

The candidate will be asked to set new Social Strategies BeNeLux, in order to increase the online presence, the brand awareness and support all the digital marketing activities such as creating editorial content calendars, fueling community participation, identifying and connecting with influencers, concepting broader social campaigns, analyzing social activities and providing input for reports.

Your responsibilities

  • Effectively manage, schedule, and publish an editorial calendar for all Brand Social Channels.
  • Monitor, listen, and engage with the community across all the channels.
  • Real-time monitoring of social channels to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues.
  • Social listening for trending topics, conversations, events, and news.
  • Leverage insights and learnings to inform monthly content and campaign briefs in collaboration with Strategist.
  • Support brand loyalty via active community participation and conversation.
  • Monitor and report on fan behavior and interest trends.
  • Work closely with Clients, Strategists, Analytics and Accounts to build relationships with external and internal teams.
  • Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals, POVs, and audits.

Your background

  • 1-3+ years of agency-side or brand experience publishing social content and engaging with an audience.
  • A proven knowledge of major and emerging social channels, specific rules of engagement for brands/advertisers, and general platform policies.
  • Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Expert in social best practices.
  • Knowledge and passion for the latest trends and platforms across the social media landscape.
  • Understanding of Social/Digital listening tools, tracking, approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting.
  • Experience using the social publishing and content management platforms; (ex: Sprinklr)
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, curious and willing to learn.
  • Previous experience on Automotive Industry will be appreciated.
  • Fluent in English and either in Dutch or French. (both would be an asset)

After we receive your application, you’ll be invited to take our online assessment. If positive, you’ll be invited for an HR interview to discuss all about you so we can find out whether there’s a match with what you’re looking for in a first position. If positive, you’ll be invited for a Meet&Sign day! This is 1 day where you complete all the other steps of the recruitment process: you will participate in a business case in group, manager interview & final interview. If you pass the full day you might go home with a contract offer! These days typically take place beginning of December & March. If you apply after this date you will take the steps individually on different days.
