As a Technology Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will be contributing to shaping and executing of our clients business transformation agendas through technology. You will be part Technology Strategy teams helping our clients in their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, industry convergence, growth and innovation, global operating models, sustainable cost management, enterprise transformation, and more.
Your job will involve creating strategies and plans to define how technology should be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy and maximize value creation. You will use your understanding of business strategy and your affinity with technology to define the strategy, operating model, enterprise-architecture and transformation roadmaps of technology organizations. As a continuous learner, you will maintain knowledge of best practices, industry landscapes and emerging technologies and apply these to develop innovative business solutions.
As a Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Consultant, you will be expected to:
Understand a client’s business strategy and contribute in defining the link with technology and the architecture landscape, including organization, information, and infrastructure & applications.
Quickly understand a client’s (IT) operating model, including the organizational structure, processes, and governance.
Assess our client’s key IT strengths and weaknesses, based on rigorous analysis and technology & industry knowledge.
Create blueprints & recommendations and contribute in translating them in actionable roadmaps for complex and large technology environments – building future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, edge computing, next-gen connectivity, event streaming, platform architectures and more.
Throughout the strategy definition, function as a guardian of the architecture to make sure that e.g. initiatives & roadmap build-up comply with the set guidelines without jeopardizing business objectives.
Participate to C-level communications by developing consistent and compelling storylines.
Guide our clients through the transformation program to successfully implement their strategies.

A Master's degree
At least 3-4 years of experience in relevant Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture domains.
Experience in consulting or customer-facing project-based work
Knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (relevant certifications are a plus).
Flexible and able to travel when required, within your work-life balance limits.
Professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
Previous experience in the Health & Public Services or Products industry is a plus.
Proven experience in at least two of the following domains: Digital Strategy, IT Cost Reduction, IT Infrastructure, IT Security Strategy, ERP ecosystems, cloud strategy, application portfolio optimization, legacy modernization.
Proven experience in at least one of the following (emerging) technologies: iPaaS, service meshes, event-driven architectures, robotics, artificial intelligence, serverless computing.
Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oral
Strong networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior client stakeholders and addressing their needs pro-actively
Ability to build, manage and foster a project team.
